1. Course Information and Disclaimer

The self-paced online drawing course 3D Drawing for Business, Design, and Life is designed to teach interior designers practical digital sketching techniques using the iPad and Procreate. Please note, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by iPad or Procreate. We provide guidance and structured lessons, but your results depend on your effort and following the steps as instructed.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

  • The total price for the course includes 19% sales tax (VAT).

  • Due to the nature of the course and the skills being taught, no refunds will be provided once the course has been accessed.

  • Refunds are only issued for proven fraudulent transactions or duplicate payments.

  • Any fraudulent activity or unauthorized payments will result in the cancellation of access and legal action where applicable.

3. Access and Usage

  • Lifetime Access: You will have lifetime access to the course materials from the date of purchase. Lifetime access refers to the duration of ASDB Academy, founded by Anna Katkova.

  • Personal Use Only: The course is licensed to the purchaser for personal use only. You may not share access, distribute, or allow others to use your account.

  • No Commercial Use: You are not permitted to use the course materials, including brushes, designs, lessons, or floor plans, for any commercial purposes (resale or advertisement).

  • Do Not Post Full Lessons: You may not post or share any of the complete lessons as tutorials on social media or any other platform.

  • No Recording: Recording the screen during lessons, downloading, or redistributing the course content is strictly prohibited. We regularly monitor the platform for such actions.

  • No Reuse of Designs: Interior designs and drawings developed in the course are for educational purposes only. Re-using these designs for any commercial purposes or other projects is prohibited.

4. Use of Sketches and Testimonials

By enrolling in the ASDB Academy, you grant us permission to use your sketches, designs, and testimonials created as part of the course or shared with us during your participation. These materials may be showcased on our website, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, or other promotional materials to demonstrate the results achieved through our guidance and inspire others to join our community.

While we aim to credit creators whenever possible, we reserve the right to display your work without attribution in certain contexts. If you have any concerns or would prefer your work not to be used, please contact us at [email protected], and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Attribution and Social Media

If you share your work on social media that was created during this course:

  • Use the hashtag #andshedrawsbig_academy on your post.

  • Give proper credit to any designers or real estate agencies whose designs were used as reference in the lessons.

  • Do not copy or repost the courseā€™s text or descriptions.

6. Conduct and Liability

  • Respectful Behavior: You are responsible for your behavior in the course. Offensive language or inappropriate conduct toward ASDB Academy or other students will result in removal from the course without refund.

  • Motivation and Results: Your progress in the course depends on your motivation and dedication. The Academy provides all necessary information and materials, but your success depends on your efforts.

7. Copyright and Legal Protection

All course content, including videos, audio, designs, and materials, are protected under German and international copyright laws. Unauthorized distribution or re-use of course materials, including any aspect of the course concept, structure, or interior designs, is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.

  • We actively monitor the platform for suspicious activity, including screen recordings or downloads. Violations will result in:

    • Immediate expulsion from the course without refund.

    • Legal action under applicable copyright laws.

8. Privacy Policy

We require your address for invoicing purposes. Rest assured, your personal information is protected and will not be sold or shared with third parties under any circumstances. We comply with all relevant privacy and data protection laws.

9. Changes to the Course or Terms

ASDB Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the course, course materials, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to enrolled students. Continued use of the course after changes have been implemented constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

10. Technical Support and Accessibility

  • The Academy is committed to providing a seamless learning experience. However, occasional technical issues may arise due to platform maintenance or external factors beyond our control. We strive to resolve such issues promptly.

  • Access to the course requires a stable internet connection and a compatible device (iPad and Procreate app). It is the studentā€™s responsibility to ensure their device meets the technical requirements.

  • The Academy does not provide refunds for accessibility issues resulting from the studentā€™s device or internet connectivity.

11. Third-Party Content and Tools

The course may include references to third-party tools, software, or content (e.g., Procreate). These are provided for educational purposes only, and the Academy does not guarantee the functionality, availability, or accuracy of third-party services. Any use of third-party tools is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • The Academy is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your participation in the course, use of course materials, or reliance on the information provided.

  • The Academy makes no guarantees regarding individual success or specific outcomes from taking the course. Results depend on individual effort, dedication, and adherence to the lessons.

13. Cancellation or Expulsion

The Academy reserves the right to cancel access to the course if a student is found in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Munich, Germany.
