Guide to Inspiration

Happy Friday from Paris!

I'm literally writing this newsletter from a Parisian brasserie as I had an insight on how we can awaken our inspiration, even when it feels buried forever.

We all know those artists whose work makes us wonder, "How the heck can I become an ultimate idea machine like them?" 

Spoiler alert: no talent needed, just something way more important.

The mystery secret ⬇️

• Bravery
• Mindfulness - being present at this very moment.
• Impudence - the magic ability to do whatever you want in your work.
• Saying goodbye to rules, standards, and prejudices.
• Of course, consistency is crucial too, but you know that already.
  
  

I especially want to highlight bravery. Many artists and designers create just to achieve aesthetic beauty. That’s great, and I also do that sometimes. 

But for the perfect balance, we have to let our soul create what it likes, without boundaries or rules. Just tell stories on your canvas without worrying about composition. You'll be visualizing your inner self, making your work unique and recognizable.

For instance, when you travel, stay mindful and pay attention to the outer world. If you like a particular scene, café, or outfit, pick those colors and implement them in your work! Your project will tell the story of that trip and capture a moment forever.
